Samuel, and the Trainee, Jose, did a marvelous job. The first surprise was that they arrived on time, in fact, minutes before the appointment, they also had shoe covers to walk around in the apartment, which also surprised me. Samuel, as the experienced Handyman listen to all my repair needs, and I learned some things along the way, which was also unexpected from a repair job. Samuel, and Jose, you both were superb!! I appreciate that they repaired everything that needed to be repaired. I also appreciate that they were communicative, timely, effective, and so many other great words I can’t think of at the moment.
