“HH was flexible according to my schedule to set up an assessment appointment of my door issue. Larry came by, took a good look at the issues, talked through what he observed, and was transparent about the next steps for repair. After I greenly the next steps, HH immediately reached out to schedule the actual repair. Dan Buell arrived a week later as scheduled, on-time, and was professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns, considered some of my observations, communicated the work he was going to do, and then dove into fixing my door. I had a three hour slot, but Dan was friendly with sticking to my schedule when I told him I only had 90 minutes. He did everything he needed to do on-time, was efficient and smart about what to do where, and left everything neatly in place so that I could pick up where he I asked him to leave off. Thank you for the repair and for getting my door back in working order!”
