“Jake arrived to do an initial consult to determine what parts potentially needed to be ordered to repair my faucet. He set expectations well and said he couldn’t be 100% certain, but he would start with the least invasive solution, order the part, and we could schedule the actual repair when the part arrived. He also let me know what I needed to do to prep for the future repair, which was helpful.
I was contacted to schedule repair when the part arrived a few weeks later. Jake arrived promptly at the scheduled window, shut off my water supply for me, replaced the part, and set expectations that I could possibly see the issue again because without going more invasive, it’s not entirely possible to determine the root cause, which made sense for a plumbing issue. He was clean, finished in less than an hour, and also sent pictures of the WIP while he was repairing.
