After I greenly the next steps, HH immediately reached out to schedule the actual repair. Dan Buell arrived a week later as scheduled, on-time, and was professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns, considered some of my observations, communicated the work he was going to do, and then dove into fixing my door. I had a three hour slot, but Dan was friendly with sticking to my schedule when I told him I only had 90 minutes. He did everything he needed to do on-time, was efficient and smart about what to do where, and left everything neatly in place so that I could pick up where he I asked him to leave off.
